During the Easter holidays, I spent a few nights at a lovely hotel in a quiet suburban area. the staff was incredibly friendly, and the breakfast spread was impressive. I especially enjoyed the variety of local treats offered. the hotel was conveniently located near local train stations and a beautiful park, making it easy to explore the city.
The lack of available parking space, as it forced me to park on a nearby street. there wasn't much to do in the immediate vicinity of the hotel, so I had to rely on public transportation or taxis to get around.

The room was clean and large and I did not get the suffocation feeling you sometimes feel as business traveler in small hotels. The free WiFi is a great advantage, mainly for business travelers
The room has an air-condition unit but the controller was missing and I could not get it

the hotel is only near to the university clinic of Duesseldorf
The hotel room is very small. Everything is broken and old. I really was depressed. I didn't like it at all. The bed is very small like a child bed. all the night I have tried to sleep but it didn't work. the train which goes 10 m in front of the hotel stops first on 01:00 o'clock. I don't recommend this hotel at all.Expensive, old, not comfortable. even if the staff very friendly and nice, I find sleeping good is the idea of a hotel.

The warm welcoming from Moussa, the owner, was delightful. Convenient location with a 5-minute walk to the hospital. Reasonable prices, free parking, and guaranteed space. Clean rooms and a beautiful breakfast restaurant with friendly staff. Supermarkets and restaurants nearby.
Nothing, all was good.

The breakfast was good and the staff was nice.
The place is noisy. There are tram tracks going right next to the house and the trams are operating around the clock. Worse are the showers, though. When the shower in your next door room is used the noise coming to your room is just unbelievable.

Great location just a few steps from the U-bahn station, making it easy to navigate around. The breakfast buffet served a good variety of food and drinks. The staff were welcoming and accommodating at all times, making the overall experience very pleasant.
The decor was slightly older than expected and could do with some updates to make the place look more modern. The mattresses could have been better quality for a more comfortable night's sleep.

We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel. The location couldn't be better, with a tram stop right in front of the hotel that takes you directly to the center and main train station. It made getting around the city a breeze. The service provided by the staff was top-notch, they were friendly, professional, and always available to assist with any questions or needs we had. Additionally, the hotel offered laundry services and tours/ticket assistance, which was incredibly convenient for exploring the city.

- Beautiful interior with antique furniture, paintings and other design elements - The owner and the staff were very friendly and helpful - Good breakfasts Also, we paid a little extra to get the best room in the hotel, and it was very big, with a terrace facing a summer garden. While the hotel is not in the city centre, it's not too far either; every 5-10 minutes you can expect a tramway to come (#707 (preferably) or 701) which will take you to the centre. 707 goes all the way to Altstadt directly which is very convenient. Excellent experience overall.

The hotel is conveniently located near local transportation, making it easy to explore the city. Breakfast had a great selection of local treats and the staff was friendly and welcoming. The room was comfortable and clean, with a nice mix of old world charm and modern amenities. Plus, the nearby park and restaurant options were a bonus.
Nothing.

very friendly and warm owners, coffee in the morning
Carpets!!! All carpets are old, smelly, dirty, worn out. Better remove them all. Location is strange- just 20 meters outside tram rails providing sounds from 6.00 am, located among private living houses. Room in fact not more than 14sqm full of flee market various old or looking old fake stuff. Sorry, but normally it should be rated 2 star hotel at best.
